Last Day of July!


Weee. yesterday i had a long long day in office! from 2 to 9pm..
But its worth it la..Cuz we got to learnt some knowledge from a taiwanese uncle! lols.
er... left office at 6 but went for dinner & amk for some shopping...
cuz The HUngry Ghost Month IS coming in 1 more day; which is the 1st of August
& we have to buy all the necessary stuff/offerings to offer the deceased.

Soon, "Getai" and street opera will bloom overnight in the island of Singapore to entertain the living and the dead together


你怕黑吗？？? 呵呵呵呵呵。。。。。。。。。

i am going for facial tml morning.
My hair stylist recommend one.. haha & the shop is just beside hers!

Today i woke up quite early ! at 8am ..hahahas
as i have been sleeping more than 15 hours a day.
i think it's enough!
& finally, my flu is recovering
but due to the lack of skin care this few days...its turning bad ...

so today

i exercise abit .. cuz my mum keep complaining that i Din MOVE my butt at all.
So i shake the hola hoop for 15mins, do 20 sit up, do some simple warm up exercise & do 300 stepping up &down.. (is there a name for this?! )

that other day, laopo smsed me & asked me &the rest of the girls to join a run..during 26October.
i rejected initially... cuz i thought to myself; why pay money to make myself suffer ? As i dislike Running or jogging... & seriously, running long distance Kills Judy.

but ytd, she smsed again... & she gt her point by saying that its a rare opportunity for us , girls to RUN tgt on Nicoll highway & look at the beautiful sunrise... & i agreed with her.. -.-" *laughs*

yes, indeed a rare Opportunity.. mayb i shall Try it ya. (((:

butbutbut... i am nt very sure if i will be free on that particular Sunday yet. cuz most of my sunday are taken up by families& Fotang. so i cant guarantee with u girls that i can go or nt.oko

Bleah.. sorry for the lack of updates...
as i'm too weak to face the computer these few days!

After eating too much good food & enjoying good life in malaysia
& some walking in the rain
i am
sick & due to my lousy immune system..
the the damn flu virus GOT me. His bro, mr sore throat came along too this time
but went off 2days later.

Anyway, Fila had an enjoyable trip too.. just that he gt a fright during his holiday.
A Dog, name toby was found barking at him furiously
& thus making fila Pooooo-ing alot... but he is Okay now. =D

& he looks more obedient.!


okay..backed to me... alas, the Long long Holiday is coming to an end..
& its the most irritating period ...where by you have to decide what Modules you can take w/o any Stupid exam or timetable clashes here & there...
Why cant they just plan nicely for us...

Looking forward to go back to school yet feeling abit Scare as it will be another 4 months of Stress & pressure!

Sick people are suppose to be contradicting/confused yadda yadda what!

==My Malacca / Muar Trip==

OKay, After like spending FOUR hours yesterday, i finally finished editing the photos!
As you can see... there's like 500++ photos, therefore, i compile many pics into 1. so i'm sorry if you couldnt see the pictures properly due to the size.
Below are some brief updates on what i had done during this Two days - Photos plus Captions!

1) Saturday Morning @ 0515am

We Booked a seven seater cab to fetch us from our home to the meeting place at hougang.
that person spelt my sister's name wrongly! Elaine instead of eileen.

& proud to say that we're EARLY. Only a few of them were there. so we sat down & waited for the rest. There were a total of FOur Buses For our tour-120peeps. & My bus carrys 40 people.

Set off at 615am
and

By 645, we reached the customs at Tuas.

Wao... the CHeck-in thingy is damn slow!
we had to queue up & then insert the passport plus some finger prints scanning... &
by the time all of us were ready... the sun is already up!
& our trip to melaka begins.

After travelling for 30 mins or so... we reached a place... Probably still in Jb

& get down to have our BREAKFAST!

The Breakfast was F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.


Especially the Fried YAm Balls with some Fillings inside..
Crispy on the outside & nt so dry on the inside

another dish, which was the long /white color thing (i forgot the name) Taste GD too...very SMooth..!
The combi of the sause makes it even better.& there are some prawn-meat alike fillings inside. (:

The third dish is All the DIM SIM.... !

& the last 2 dish were the Fried carrot cakes & Baos! (Curry potatoes / Char siew)
Okay, again i must say that the fried carrot cakes
It looks so fried & Dried..& i dun like FRIED food that much but this 1 is different. when u bite it.. its very soft in the inside. (:
Eat them all with their Chilli sause will be Better!

2hours later, we reached a place call Yong Peng & alighted again for some shopping in a shop call YOYO.
It's a shop which sells all those malaysia's Local FOod...

Guess the people there LOVE TONGKAT ALI alot...
well, if u watched the channel 8, 7pm show... you will Know what's Tongkat ali! hahaha

anyway.. a short explanations on what it was!

1) tongkat ali Cappuccino with ginseng
2)tongkat ali pills/syrup

everyone bought alot though it's only our first stop & we gt back the bus again after 45 minutes.
Reached Melaka 1hour plus later, & tthe place was flooded.. Not serious de la.. just certain areas & thus created some traffic jam . The place looks very Quiet... & most of the shophouses & Houses Look Empty... issit becuz its too early???? but how come no people still can have traffic Jam. ?


Look at the Overhead bridge! the thin Layer of steels that they used for their bridge... i think i dun dare to cross it loh... a bit scary lei... as though it will crack & give way if all of us walk upthere.
by 12 plus, we reached a restoran (this is hw they spells it in malaysia, so i will use it here =D) to have our lunch!

Total of 8dishes for each meal EVERYDAY!
which include soup & dessert/fruits.

I Like The Sweet & sour Meat (BAGUS. )
Followed by Soup of the day. haha

I think it's the softest vegetarian fish i ever had??
& the shape is so cute loh.. look like real 1.. haha



&&& we are the First Table to finished all our dishes in 20mins time!

i think all of us will have FAT ASS.after this trip.. Cuz throughout the journey.. we eateat eat & then got back to our bus & travel... so it was like eat & sit down... the ass sure become Big n fat

Yining & Hanpoh. Yea.. Yining's new Fringe... & his bf says that she looks like Yue nan Mei.
i spotted a gigantic Monitor Lizard! & it's not like some ulu places loh.. its near the civilian's home.

eeee..imagine you wake up one morning & found that the lizard is sleeping beside u!

There are no high rise building in melaka & every now & then, u will see rundown house(some are really errie looking) in between those houses (some are really Nice & big)..oh & even have mud puddles/ ponds right infront of their house

there's also alot of historical church there.... all built in the 1700s or 1900s..

hahaha i'm so "WHite" cuz nv wear any makeup to make me look more tanned.

&finally, after so many hours of travelling , we finally Check in to our hotel



We were all so excited

Cuz it's the NEwest five star hotel in Melaka -- The Holiday Inn!

OUr room.. okay.. i aknow the Pictures are damn small. as i'm getting LAzy to design it with Powerpoint... so i just use my software to make them into picture grids.


okay let me introduce you to my room..

first starting from the toilet.

There are two kind of shower head- one is those normal 1 & another is attached to the ceiling.
there's a bathtub too.

a super big mirror with marble table... which look exactly like my house 1!
a toilet bowl of cuz & the toilet is so special.. there's a window with blinds ... so cool.. but i felt a little INSECURE when i'm bathing la.. hahahas

The wardrobe is big, with 2 rope, 2pairs of slippers, Iron & ironing board, a mini Safe inside.

There's a LG tv , nice office chair & a HAir Dryer inside the cupboard too! a plus point! i NEED HAIR DRYER BADLY...

oh... as for the bed... there are two queen size bed in my room... & there are two Duck feathers pillow! SUPER SOFT! me like...

as for mum's room... they had a king size bed with a single bed.. & their room is bigger than ours.

& nt forgetting the mini fridge.. which we did nt use it anyway...

lastly, a big armchair beside the window..
the view outside ... some lucky people gt to view the straits of melaka..
but nt us. we can see BUILDINGS & carparks only. haha
can see the "casberg" ride from our hotel & some dumb photos... some with my sis & i haven upload

one more room... 711 which i forgt to take. haha

we rested in the hotel for like 2 hours & then went for dinner again at the restoran where we had our lunch that afternoon.

also very yummy as u can see (: ! ... the soup is missing.
we headed to the HOnEy Bee shop after that & it was already 7plus.. bt the owner specially stayed back & wait for us!

left the place after 45mins.... the Honey is So sweet (: & we bought 1 bottle.

took a 10mins ride to the night market after that.... & it;s like CHina town during new year time!

Melaka is so weird.. haha cuz when there is no people... every place look empty but when there are people ... there are really MANY! Everyone just suddenly appear.!



& by 10pm we get back to our hotel to have a HOT bath & rest...


huiting & i had our coffee... & some tarts that we bought in the morning... as our supper.!

&i whipped out my Cammy & we camwhore abit with our rope!

hahah.. thats after bathing! SO Refreshing!

we slept at 1am as we were watching tv programs... they gt SCV leh.
The next morning i woke up at 645 & prepare to go down to have my BREAKFAST !
The fooood dun look nice in the picture but they sure taste good.

THERE ARE PLENTY of food. Ranging from chinese to western.

some toast bread... hash browns, tofu, bake beans, potato wedges, brocoli, half or hard boil eggs?
scamble eggs, noodles & fried rice.

Fresh Thick orange/guava juice & fresh milk, 3 types of Corn flakes & even porridge



i took some more photos before we leave the hotel for our Muar trip.

we reached muar after 1 and a hlf hour & the program for our day started!

the first stop is the fotang.

the people are very nice n friendly... after some welcoming talks by them,we explore the place & sat down for some snacks that they had prepared for us!

& Its DURIANS, Mangosteens, rambutans, drangonfruits, a glass of soya milk & some fried stuffs.

I was forced to eat durians too! but i must say that the durians are all so fresh & sweet, unlike those in singapore.

& They Keep on RE-filling the durians on our table! & we ate n ate.... -.- abit scary.

two types of durian were served.. sweet ones & bitter 1s... look more greenish...


the Fruits really Made us Very FULL...

& you're right... after getting our tummy filled up... we were back to the bus again to our next stop

saw these 2 cute dogs! one is male & the other is female... there are two in the bag!
the Owner is so friendly.. let us play with them!

shop......& to another temple for sight seeing

...dunno what name

& eat again... hmmm okay.. i think u all are getting bored! hahaha


another 8dishes! & most of us cannt make it already... cuz too full...

anyway, there's SAtay....& cakes too!
very sweet of the organiser. He knew that there are 3 people having birthdays during these 2 days's trip... so he prepared a bday cake for them... & we sang bday songs too..
one hour later......

we visited ANother fotang . & we were late for 1hour.
But they are still very smiley & welcoming... & they evenstand under the rain to welcome us!
watched some performances by the teenagers & HAD TEABREAK AGain!

thot its just 1 hour after my lunch... i still ate alot ... their tuna bread! *drools* i still wan some!

& they are so thoughtful! they prepare some slices guava with orange skins (which I personally like it alot) & a small packet of snacks for everyone!
we went to the durian Farm too! its on top the hill....
& i din Know that DUrian trees are that tall!
i m the most out of place person... cuz i wore a denim skirt & THIS shoe to climb Mountain!
the Owner put scarecrow on top of the trees to scare squirrels & monkeys away... initially i thot somebody was up there loh!

i bet it looks super scary in the night! it reminds me of a Hongkong ghost movie--咒乐园.. where those clowns were hanged all over the trees..!
& WE HAD DURIANS AGAIN! hahahaha

everyone was like asking for More... even Hanpoh !

we left the place shortly & was on our way back to JB again...

on our way back... i saw rainbows & My Lucky 7 Cloud!

& we had dinner again... before gg back to singapore!
this satay is better than the afternoon one... as its more chewy & softer. & I HAD 2 Mango Pudding! cuz i tell my sis that after eating dinner, if u eat dessert.. u will get even more Plump!

at the end of the day... I really had a Bloated tummy!


haha i kept my cammy in the bag after that so no more photos...

OVerall.. though the trip was short but its an enjoyable 1.
168bucks for like 8meals for just 2days & a one night stay at the FIve star hotel is really a great deal . & its nt like the usual trip that fotang organise.. cuz this time all of us were really just eating, shopping & relaxing ourselves.

heheh.. kk gtg now.
