I saw this irritating bee outside my window the other day! & its damn annoying lor. keep knocking onto my window...

& it stop there for like dunno hw long.... so i took out my camera & shoot it....

eewww.... & its like staring at me can! *run away*


Last Sunday went back to tuition class & its the last session for e first half year. so we had some activities instead of the usual tuition class.

It's Cooking time!

We learnt to make omettle & bake potatoes! Super Yummy & zheng yu is really good @ frying eggs! haha

too bad, i din bring my cammy along... so no photos for that! if i found the recipe, will share it here.

Oh almost miss out on what i did on saturday.
Met bf in the afternoon, intended to go cycling... but the weather looks quite bad... & we heard thunder... so we forgo this idea & went to tampines to catch a movie.




we watch Star Trek! hahah that guy is so good looking luh... esp his blue eyes

ahem, i think the guy acted as spock from vulcan look like tom cruise hor!? hehe

Glad that bf booked the tickets online before we left home... if nt we wun be able to watch the movie... as GV @ tampines is really packed.



Met up with NN, QQ, Aubrey, TCL & Leong Ytd.
We went to Bugis & Orchard to run some errand. (: but task nt completed yet. only 50% done.
as most of the time, we were @ my mum's office attending" classes" hehe, shopping around & EATING!


Our first stop after i have arrived was to have our stomach filled!



Luncch @ Fortune Centre.

CHit chat for like 1 hours plus & went to my mum's office and den down to bencoolen to buy sth & met ah leong after that at toastbook for teabreak

After all the teabreak session, we took train down to orchard's lucky plaza to get
the new CKin2U perfume.

Why Lucky Plaza?
Cause it's cheap!

But i have no idea if its being diluted le... thats why they selling @ such cheap price....


Anyway... its my SECOND PERFUME. & my FIrst Self Purchase perfume. my first perfume is burberry's brit sheer from bf...haha
I m not the type of girl who loves spraying perfume on myself so much... as i 've sensitive nose...
so if i buuy, mean i really likes it.




the smell is like and sweet but the sweetness is a little different from brit sheer's


went to taka & wisma after that ( i dunno where the heck i am le.....)
& we spent alot @ the face shop!

Tsk, i cant come online these few days as mum keep nagging whenever she sees me using my laptop...

she've lots of negative remarks on" USING a COMPUTER"
so i am banned on using it ... haiz...


alrite, just a very quick update!



LAst sunday is our family day!
My family & bro HP went to the singapore flyer in the evening(a good timing, can see the beautiful sun set) & then to marina barrage!

ITs my second time to the flyer. & when we were up there, Bro hp & i started to take photos of the scenery.-.- & soon the 30minutes ride was over!!!!


thats damn fast.... haiz but nvm... mayb i will be going there again with bf again?

Talking abt the barrage, it's my first time there! & we were quite lucky... as there's some performance on that day & we managed to catch the 5minutes fireworks !





Okay, fast forward to yesterday.
Me, aubrey , NN & tcl went to QQ's house to print our thesis.
All thanks to ah leong who generously provided us with his new laser printer & ink cartridge
ohhh... & paper....which helps us to save a lot of money!


Its my first time to qq's hse! & the environment there is quite peaceful & quiet. I loveXXXXXX alot as that's where i grew up when i was 1 to 4yrs old.

ANyway, while we were printing,
we had some gossiping session... plus playing my SECondary sch days favourite " BINGO" hahah & My new love 大老二。。。。。我快要变成赌鬼了吗？？？



Left her hse at 2pm? & had some snacks @ Mac before gg down to School.

we went down to FOrum to try on the convocation robe too...
HAHAH we all look so funny in that Over sized robe can! but no choice... cuz those robes are meant to be Oversized!

& &&&&& GOOD NEWs!

The comic shop in the CO-OP is Moving Out... & they are clearing their stocks! 我不是幸灾乐祸啦。。。。 but they are selling all bks at
1dollar each! SUper Good deal!
Wanted to buy 1 set of my favourite bks but the shop owner couldn't find the last bk. =(
真是掉我的胃口。。。。。
but he say that he will post it to me if he finds it! bk #22, 快滚出来吧！



so what am i doing these two days?
when i cant watch online movies & drama....




只好看漫画咯。。。。。 dug out my old comics to re-read
But heng, ytd tcl bought 2 sets of comics & i borrowed from him....! so i have sth new to read!

currently, i m reading 高田理惠's bks. I have just complete 1 set! really cant judge a bk by its cover & title.....

initially that shop owner intro me these two sets of bks... but i say i dun wan... cuz the title sounds abit RA-TED. & boring...

hmmm, but i was wrong,... in fact, the stories are nt tat 色啦。。。。 though the 2 character did have some body contact starting from the 1st bk! *hurhurhur*

By the way....

To attract my attention, the comics must fulfilled a few criteria;

#1: the comics is famous or mayb from anime?.
#2: the Character must be Pretty & handsome. at least must be "look-able"
i cant stand lousy drawing..... (that's a very bad point of me)
#3: The story cant be too short. but also nt too long winded. Best is in a series of at least of 8 to 20 books! as i read too fast when i m totally into the story.
#4: Story cant be too lame.
# 5: i like the author (渡濑悠宇）




keke, after reading i came out with a list of 少女漫画必备的故事情节，和人物。。。

hahaha the comics craze in me is back again!? *uh oh*

hmm does reading comics sounds childish? i m nt sure too? but i think girls just like to imagine and read these girly stuff ba!

上个星期天起得特别早，大概7.30就出门了。
为的就是到天国佛堂的厨房帮忙。。。。
天国每个月都有一次的家庭读经日，读完后还提供午餐，每次都要准备1000多包的饭盒。

平常只会吃喝拉撒的我这次也想帮忙做点事，所以就答应了父母一起去。

到了厨房，就被安排到切黄瓜。。。！
他们把一把大刀交了给我， 示范了切法就将一大烂的黄瓜摆在桌上。
Woo... I had a hard time chopping them initially... but as time goes by, i started to speed up. =D

I was supposed to chop off both ends and separated the whole thing into 4 parts while another aunty will slices off its seeds & my sis will cut them into small cube (easy chewing for the young & elderly)


After we were done with the cucumber, we proceed to cut carrots! OMG
I hate those carrots.... 比黄瓜还要硬！！！！ & the worst thing is that we have to chop them into very thin slices. I almost chopped off my index finger for dunno hw many times. the edge of the chopper always touches it and it became red. -.- (怕怕）But lucky its still attached on my hand now.

realising that my sis and i were pretty lousy handling carrots, we were being switched to the LONG BEAN Section. HAHA... and its pretty manageable... just that there were PLENTY of them...

Oh.. I din do the cooking of cuz....
There were professionals doing it.. hahah
& we were supposed to pack all the food into packages.


Whole thing ended at 1pm cuz we have to distribute the food and drinks to everyone b4 we can leave.



感言：Very tired but its very meaningful. Cooking a meal isn't easy , not mentioning that we are preparing a meal for 1000 people. So Appreciate the chef's hard work & finish them all!


+Baking+

Had a baking session on Monday afternoon....
wanted to forgo the idea of baking actually....as i haven gt all the ingredients and utensils out!
BUT, i think i promised my friends that i will give them cupcake before they left sch.... & i thought the graduation dinner might be my last chance, so i diedie also must bake it.

Went to A bakery shop @ hougang & get all the ingredients there.... & then went to Ntuc to strawberries, milk, flour & etc.....

& I spent like 40bucks ! WTH.... & they were so Heavy.... Luckily i called dad & he agreed to give me a ride home! if not i will faint on the spot.


Had my lunch & a short break b4 i started baking @ 230pm!

As requested by some of my friends, I m Gonna share with u the recipe!


Step1: Baking the chocolate chip cupcakes

100g self raising flour
75g caster sugar
75g butter
2 small eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp of chocolate flavoured emulco (gives us the colour Brown)
Chocolate chips (as many as you wish... or mayb 50g)
Little milk ( i usually apply 4 to 8 tsp)

>>Method:
1. place paper cup in the patty tin
2. cream butter & sugar until light & creamy
3. Add in eggs and beat well
4. Fold in flour & add a little milk to give a soft dropping consistency.
5. Add in vanilla essence & chocolate emulco
6. Pour in all ur chocolate chip!!!!
7. apply some margarine at the base of ur paper cup. so that cupcake wun stick to it.
8. fill the paper cup 3/4 full with the mixture (for our case, as we would be adding in the chocolate ganache, i only filled it to half full)

*preheat oven to 180degrees

9. Bake at 180degrees for 20 minutes!



*TINK* and after 20minutes we are done!


Step 2: Making the dark chocolate ganache (Pronounced "ger-nash")


What u would need:

360ml of whipping cream
400g unsweetened chocolate
4 tbsp liquid honey
Strawberries, to garnish


>>Method

1. heat whipping cream on low heat till surface is covered with bubbles.
Remove from heat & pour over the chocolate, covering it entirely.
2. set aside for a few minutes to allow chocolate to melt
3. stir mixture till smooth, then stir in honey
4. I add in Almonds in the chocolate as well ( Optional)
5. spoon the ganache over the cupcakes. (apply thick layer !!! )
6. Place cupcakes in the fridge to set.
7. Slice strawberries vertically and cut it into whatever shape u like!

* For best result, I used chocolate of 70% cocoa and with whipping cream with a fat content of at least 35%. *

Note: good quality chocolate makes ganache shiny and full fat whipping cream makes it thick and rich.












>>I double the amount of ingredients as i wanna bake more! For example.: i used 200g of flour, 4 eggs & 150g of sugar n butter.
>> each time i can make 16 cupcakes.
>>Total baking time 5 hrs.(maybe i m too slow... & i tried to keep the kitchen as tidy as possible)

I would like to thank bf aka helper, arvin ho hoho for helping me with all the washing and mixing when i m tired.

HAd a LOng day In school on Tuesday!
And most of the time,i was in the MPSH TOILET!

Oh well, the toilet is great =s.... they have 2 Hugh mirrors and a big bench with many cubicles! No pungent smell..... toilet aunties constantly cleaning up the floor.... what else can i complained! hahahaa

alrite, the main purpose was to make up la!

After Afew hours of slapping those powder on our faces, we headed down to the Guild House for Our Grad dinner!


& not long after our dinner were being served, we sang birthday song for our two Birthday Boy & girl!





Their Birthday cake! I was shocked that they really wrote "QQ's大寿" on her cake! that's just a Bo liao suggestion by me... -.- & anyway... I Like KKphoon's cake too! SO macho

Throughout the dinner, we have great MC to entertain us and Yummy-licious food .

感言：哈哈哈，令人难忘的一个晚餐。these group of people really makes my UNI life interesting. 我不会忘了大家！

& i had a great time singing out loud!



It's Freddie's bday ytd, so we decided to give him a SMall surprise !



heard that the guys smashed the bday cake on freddie's face !haha but we are a group of ... ahem... kind hearted people and wun waste food... so he was spared this time.




Sang till 7pm! & we gt " chased" out! HMMMPF! SO fast
Next time must go sing again!




&& the rest of them left for movie while qq & i went home 4 dinner~谁叫我是个宅女呢！(笑）
