Feeling excited to stay in my house. But the feeling diminish as the house become more n more" normal" .

Btw, today the workers started to overlay the toilet with tiles. But my Sis told me the process of overlaying was damn slow.
After one whole day they only finish 1 and a 1/2 side of wall.
Guess they need to make sure every pieces are nicely placed... That's why so slow....

Alright, I think I will be updating what I've been doing for the month of June soon as it's approaching an end! But don't think I can make my entry anymore interesting without those pictures in my computer :(

I m blogging using my iPhone again(: cuz there's no wifi in my house right now.

By the way, the renovation work for my house has finally started .
Yes.... Like after 1 and a half years of planning...

Yesterday the contractor and his workers came over our house and started off by hacking away all our existing cabinet in the living room/ dinning area , kitchen and the common bathroom; leaving only 3 rms .

Now my house is in a mess. Rms with piled up boxes , clothes hanger hanging here n there in some corner.. Water boiler , rice cooker and even the television are inside our rooms. Haha feel like I m living in a 难民营。

A lot of inconvenience, no entertainment and all of us can only gather inside the room to do packing. However it is also this "undisturbed" environment , my family and I got to spend more time tgt .... Chit Chatting....listening to songs... Looking at our old d stuff and laughed together. Just like our gd old days... The days before all of us got tied up with work , tv, computer and our own social life.

What a memorable experience(:

For the Month of May (:

A hectic but pleasant month, i would say.
Filled with lots of activities and small little things.
Let me update you a little on what i 've been doing all these while.

1st Of May (sunday):
- labour day
Went over to kranji( part of singapore which i seldom visit) and meet my jiemei for the first time. Well, all of them are nice , i think we would get along and coordinate well especiall on aubrey's wedding day (:
After wee hours of planning (games to torture the brothers), me, qq, nn & our new friend - Liting went shopping arnd orchard searching for our dresses.
(at the end of the day: 0 dresses bought. )



2nd Of May (Monday):

Public Holiday .. woohooo... we dont have to work, all thanks to labour day which fallson a sunday (:
Gj's Uncle came to singapore for a short 4 days trip. He arranged a meet up for dinner on the day before his uncle left .
AHem, a little awkward, like some kind of meet the parents session. we did talked, but not alot.
And because my birthday was just the next day, his uncle bought me a bday gift (: and i bought him a gift too (: hehe 还算是有礼尚往来吧。 Hope i din leave him bad impression >_<"

3rd Of May (Tuesday):

25 years ago, i was borned on this day (:
Time flies..... Its 25 years already. hope i m reall 1 year wiser and not 1 yr older.Had our company lunch ( birthday treat) at 灵芝- 素食餐馆
was pretty disappointed with their "mothers day set menu" . i Dont think my colleagues enjoyed their food at all... sad... next time i shall not bring them to a vegetarian resturant.

After work, received a rose & had a simple dinner with gj at miaoyi (currently my favourite vegetarian restuarant). Their food is very affordable and nice (:
a very satisfying dinner indeed (:


6th Of May (friday):

Pre-Mother's day Celebration with my family @ Lotus vegetarian resturant. as the decision to celebrate is quite last minute, we had to swallow all our food in within 2 hrs. After which, we met up with ming hao to further discuss our house renovation plan again (after 2 months of delay)



8th Of May (Sunday):

WEnT to US!!!!!

Universal Studio... not united states.
Its actually a company event organized by gj's co. and they can bring their partner, friends or spouse along. A super sunny hot day and i nearly melt.




















14th of May ( Saturday):
went back to work today ...( So hardworking right?)
and went to shop for a dress at bugis for my mum's co. annual congress.
hehe...after shopping, went straight home, anyhow packed my stuff, and den off we go to swissotel for a night stay (:
I was all alone in the hotel while my parents and sis went down to the ball room for rehearsal . hmmm, feels gd but a bit too lonely? haha























16th of May ( Monday):

Took Leave today to accompany my elder sister for her wedding photoshoot.

... okay... i m lazy to type.... i will just post photo. hahaha

O' wedding bells are ringing again!
Had a meet up with ADG on saturday for a post bday celebration for steph & a pre-celebration for me. (:

Today is Melbourne day 1. We board the plane at 1030 on 15april . After 7 hours of long flight we finally reach our destination (:

Oh yea. This is my first time taking emirates. The plane was gd ( have a tv infront for us to watch movie & play games!)
And they also provided us with 2 meals (: super nice!

Caught the movie " the little forckers " hmmm.... Not nice at all. Should have watch 127hours.


Anyway we din managed to fall into deep slp during the flight as we couldn't find a suitable & comfy position . So just 小眯了一下. 弄到现在有点累了。

Spent 1 hour getting out of the airport and getting our car.
And drove around the city for sight seeing today. All we can say is

Melbourne 真的很冷清.
Not much crowd arnd the city even though it's a Saturday.
Only until now (at night) den we see more ppl coming out.


Anyway the weather here is gd.
